"When you approached me about the idea of improving my performance through one-on-one coaching, I was unsure of the benefits that I would receive as I am a very sceptical of these types of offers. At that stage I was questioning everything in my life. I was having problems both in my business and personally and I didn’t know what to do.

I knew I needed to think about things differently and so I decided to invest in coaching even though I hardly had any money; a financial risk that paid itself off many times over.

"I was at a point in my life where I considered myself to be reasonably successful. I was running my own successful business, very happily married with 2 x kids, still playing competitive sport successfully, owned a great home by the seaside and enjoying a great social life with many friends. You could say that I was at a very comfortable and enjoyable stage of my life.

There were more challenges ahead of me, more room to improve and more opportunities to explore. I felt I needed to gain a deeper and more complete understanding of myself and the world around me, whilst continuing to manage and enjoy my life.
